Mr. Hendrickson is a PPA certified Procedure Writer and a relative newcomer to the procedure writing industry.

He graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in English and applies his knowledge and passion for the language to technical writing.

Adam combines his strong command of language with best practices and human factoring to ensure that procedures are written in a way that presents the information as simply and clearly as possible.

Mr. Hendrickson understands the need for procedures that optimize human performance and increase the safety of the workers that use them. By incorporating best practices in writing procedures, Adam contributes to procedure improvement with many varied clients in multiple industries.
